1. Shipping Coverage
ARTMA EXPRESS provides shipping services across Uganda and selected international destinations. We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your orders reach you safely and on time.
- Kampala and surrounding areas: Same-day or next-day delivery
- Major cities in Uganda: 2-3 business days
- Remote areas: 3-7 business days
- International shipping: 7-14 business days (selected countries)
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location, package weight, and dimensions:
- Kampala: UGX 5,000 - 15,000
- Other major cities: UGX 10,000 - 25,000
- Remote areas: UGX 15,000 - 35,000
- Free shipping: Orders above UGX 200,000 within Kampala
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time may be longer during peak seasons or for custom orders.
- Standard items: 1-2 business days
- Electronics and fragile items: 2-3 business days
- Custom or made-to-order items: 5-10 business days
4. Delivery Options
Standard Delivery
Regular delivery during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM)
Express Delivery
Same-day delivery within Kampala (additional charges apply)

Collect from designated pickup locations

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can track your order status through:
- Your account dashboard
- Order tracking page on our website
- SMS notifications
- WhatsApp updates
6. Delivery Requirements
Important: Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
- • Valid ID required for delivery confirmation
- • Accurate delivery address and phone number
- • Alternative contact person if you're unavailable
7. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability:
- We will attempt delivery up to 3 times
- Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery
- Orders will be returned to our warehouse after 7 days
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from refunds
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take full responsibility for packages until they are delivered to you:
- Report damaged packages within 24 hours of delivery
- Take photos of damaged items and packaging
- We will replace or refund damaged items at no cost
- Lost packages will be fully refunded or replaced
