Return Policy

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items. Some categories may have different return windows:

  • Electronics: 14 days
  • Clothing and accessories: 30 days
  • Home and garden: 30 days
  • Books and media: 30 days

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In original condition and packaging
  • Unused and undamaged
  • Include all original accessories and documentation
  • Have original tags and labels attached (for clothing)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Personal care items (cosmetics, hygiene products)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Digital downloads and software
  • Gift cards and vouchers

4. How to Return Items

Step-by-Step Return Process:

  1. Log into your account and go to "My Orders"
  2. Find the order and click "Return Item"
  3. Select the item(s) you want to return
  4. Choose a return reason
  5. Print the return shipping label
  6. Package the item securely
  7. Drop off at any authorized shipping location

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:

  • Defective or wrong item: We cover return shipping
  • Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping
  • Size/fit issues: Customer pays return shipping

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • You'll receive an email confirmation when refund is processed
  • Bank processing may take additional 5-10 business days

7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Different sizes (clothing and shoes)
  • Different colors (when available)
  • Defective items

Exchange shipping is free for defective items. Customer pays shipping for size/color exchanges.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage
  • We'll arrange immediate replacement or full refund
  • No need to return the damaged item in most cases
